Welcome to Scoot and our Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the scootmobile.net website (the “Service”). For purposes of these Terms, “Customer”, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Service.
1. Agreement to these Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all individual visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. You acknowledge that these Terms, along with Scoot’s Privacy Policy, govern your access and use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

3.1. Service Description
Scoot resells prepaid eSIM plans, a mobile network service in forms of a digital product, to travelers who plan to visit any of the countries that we cover.
3.2. Registration
The Customer may register with a valid email address to use the Service.
The Customer must accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies to register for the Service.
The Customer shall manage and protect the Log-in Password at the Customer’s own responsibility, and shall not lend, transfer, or license it to any third party.
3.3. eSIM Profiles
Scoot eSIM cannot be re-issued. Once eSIM has been deleted after activation, it is not able to be restored.
The Customer shall be fully responsible for the use and the management of the eSIM and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, expenses, or damages.
3.4. Compatibility
Scoot eSIM is only available on unlocked devices with eSIM capability running a certain version of the operating System. Device compatibility may depend on the Customer’s domestic carrier, the device model and the device manufacturing country. The Customer must check the full list of eSIM compatible devices and OS versions that is provided at the product’s description and checkout form. We shall not bear any responsibility in relation to the use of incompatible devices.
In order to use Scoot eSIM, it is required to set up the correct Access Point Name (APN) and turn on the data roaming. We will not accept any liability for your failure to configure those settings.

The Customer agrees to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and to be responsible for all use of the Service.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purpose, including, for example, using the Service in a way that (1) interferes with our ability to provide Service to You or other customers; (2) abuses any bonus or promotional program; or (3) avoids your obligation to pay for the Service. You will not use the Service in a way that compromises network security or capacity, excessively and disproportionately contributes to network congestion, adversely impacts network service levels or legitimate data flows, degrades network performance, causes harm to the network or other customers.
When the Customer is in breach of the above obligations, We may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. During any period of suspension, the Customer is liable and shall pay all charges due under these Terms and Conditions in respect of the suspended Service.

7.1. Payment Term
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
When you make any payment on the Service, you expressly authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge you. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment methods that you provide to us.
In the event that you fail to pay the full amount owed to us, we may limit your access to the Services, in addition to any other rights or remedies we may have.
7.2. Pricing
All fees are stated and solely payable in U.S. Dollars.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

The Service contract between Scoot and the customer shall start upon order at Scoot website scootmobile.net.
The contract ends as soon as the customer receives the purchased eSIM. Activation of the eSIM is under the responsibility of the Customer.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process information about you.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of the Service belong to Scoot or have been licensed to Scoot for use on the Service. The Service and the Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights as collective works and/or compilations, pursuant to applicable copyright laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws.
11.2. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services or resources (“Third-Party Services”) that are subject to different terms and privacy practices. Scoot is not responsible or liable for any aspect of such Third-Party Services and links to such Third-Party Services are not an endorsement.
